  2. . We've certainly made stupid decisions through bureaucracy . I don't think America has a corner on that particular market. The M2 itself was a pretty absurd kludge of a gun. it had a good cartridge but that gun never would've been adopted as it is . It was more of a concept idea about the shape of the gun . The internals and the mechanisms did not make sense for going to field .
