The company's learned that if they build up staffing and equipment for a bubble they get caught out on the side of the bubble and have to fire a bunch of people and lose a bunch of makes sense for them to ramp up production and do OT, but to be pretty ruthless about recognizing the end of the bubble and stopping production promptly at the end of it. The blunt factors this is all a good thing. The public is becoming more and more firearms conscious and trains more and plays more. Each bubble moves new people into becoming gun people and more gun people into becoming serious gun people.
