  1. waste of money IMO... I have both enamel-coated and non-coated cast iron dutch ovens and besides the enamel-coated one costing more it also sticks more and chips more.

  2. I was always dubious of these pans... wasn't aware of the level to which they're abusing the term "ceramic" however.
