1. they let foreigner investors buy real estate 2. they don't limit the number of properties someone can own 3. they let more people into the country than there are resources to sustain the population this guy is goin on about "how didn't they notice there weren't enough houses and build more?!"... well how about how didn't they notice there's a housing crisis and stop importing additional demand?!
