  2. why do you keep saying puree is concentrated? what have you taken out to concentrate anything? it's the same ratio of everything, there's just as much not hot stuff as there was in a whole pepper! edit: oh I get it now... because you're thinking of tomato paste... but that's not implied, you can just mash something up and it's a paste.
