  1. there were several similar incidents in the US too due to glitches in their warning system... many sources talk about how close the world came to nuclear war during the cold war and how ready the US and soviets were to blow each other up, but if you look into these times when they "almost launched" it becomes obvious that no one wanted to launch these missiles on either side and were willing to wait basically until they saw a storm of nukes on the horizon to launch theirs.

  3. funny, cuz when you talked about the cuban missile crisis you specifically made a point of mentioning how one commanders decision was the closest we've come to nuclear war... now here you are contradicting yourself. there's little I hate more than someone who sensationalizes my history lessons. these are facts, don't skew them.

  4. I just hear "in 1995 canada"... and am already laughing and loving it wondering what crazy thing we did this time... I don't think I've heard this one... unlike most other things like the avro arrow for example that any tech savvy canadian knows about... it was on a coin ffs man. how bout you do a video on the canada arm? that's history now right? it was like 20 years ago.
