  1. ya know what, just use a disk grinder with like a 1/8th depth to cut a hole in the metal and pop it out... how close can the foil be made without having it touch?

  2. calculate the volume of the top chamber and flood it with helium while injecting about an inch or 2 of epoxy into the top box to lock up the float... then flood it. problem solved.
