  1. stimulants tend to have the opposite effect on people with ADHD... also any hot beverage has a lot of the effects associated with coffee just because it's a hot beverage.

  2. if coffee is so addictive how can I have a latte almost every day but be perfectly capable of just not having one with little desire to do so? if eating food addictive? you're compelled to do that aren't you? you could be eating vitamin paste...

  3. think of how old people drink coffee... they go out to the coffee shop and sit down for a cup of coffee and socialize with other old people and such. studies have shown that both getting out and socializing are strongly linked with longer life.
