  1. I don't have a problem showing my receipt at a membership only store like costco, it's part of the agreement you make to shop in their store. but it seems like harassment if you didn't sign any such agreement... at least if you don't look suspicious.

  21. what if you don't dispute it and a new owner moves in, do they gain the claim of the previous owner or could you then re-claim your land since the new owner hadn't been using it?

  22. so it's really better to just ignore it and wait for someone else to move in, then contest it. you could even sell it under the condition that it's not contested... if there's no court case documenting the change in zoning it defaults back to the records right? unless I'm missing something?
