lol... pretty much sums it up. no super sized corn syrup beverages and less sugar and more fermented grains v.s. denatured grains

I guess if you're uninformed and haven't objectively looked into diet based health... it's really pretty basic though and the level of endorsement makes it laughable.

I've got a term for people... fat soluble vitamins. there are essential elements of the diet that our body can't create and only come in the form of fat soluble vitamins. you're not going to eat as much grass/grain as a cow, meat is like a concentration of the nutrition an animal has eaten and eating meat allows us to get the dietary elements we need without having to graze like a cow all day.

it's not hard to find a fat japanese person... just go to the closest sumo match. and while a lot of these is true, most of those things in the japanese 7-11 need to be heated and sometimes require extras such as a bowl in the case of a pack of soup...

well... from what I've heard cocaine isn't really all that addictive relatively... sugar is a hell of a drug tho.

chronic doesn't mean incurable... set down the candy bar and be glad you don't have type 1. in fact pretty much every processed food has added sugar these days, so no surprise eating more fresh foods are better. these diabetic associations are going on information from studies that are decades old and sometimes flawed or biased... and you don't get a blob of fat at an injection site, it's scar tissue from being stabbed with a foreign object.
