  1. if it were fully automated there would be no pilot (maybe an emergency override or something) and you could have a redundant flight computer. heck, you could have each engine and system with it's own computer connected P2P on a wireless network in a cloud so that you could lose any single system and they rest wouldn't care.

  2. if it were controlled by AI I'm pretty sure it'd be in a much more secure location than that... and you wouldn't even need to have windows anyways.
