I'm not buying that a hole with scratch marks all around it was there this whole time and no one noticed... space equipment is manufactured with the highest level of precision and quality control and you're saying someone accidentally drilled a messed up hole in it and was just like "no... that's fine."?

  3. the hype would indicate they scrap the whole thing, if not multi-million dollar companies are being lied to. these space things are advertised as being perfect in every way. it's not an airplane that you can simply land and repair, so that industry is kinda a stupid comparison. the only reasonable explanation I've heard so far is just "Russia".
