  2.  @grayrabbit2211  they made an app here for reporting outages... doesn't help the people living out of range of the cell towers. even if you call their outage reporting line they just tell you to use their app >.>

  3. the whole european power system has the feel of a childrens toy... everything is bigger, runs slower, has a bunch of ridiculous safety features that get in the way, isn't as versatile...

  4. extension cords and splitters both have inherent risks and things to be aware of when using them... not to mention many extension cords have multiple outlets on them compounding the issue. sure theoretically maybe some cheap extension cords could be thinner than optimal for the possible maximum load they could experience(which is probably not that big of a deal realistically), but people can easily daisy chain splitters causing other overloading issues.
