  4. ya... but they assume people in north america aren't stupid. as far as I know it's legal to indicate your intentions to turn by using the widely recognized hand/arm signals used for biking. if someone is turning away from you, it's not really important as they are never going to interfere with your driving... this is just a bunch of whiney BS. and it's totally not illegal to drive with your hazard lights on lmfao... what kinda backwards country are you living in?! that's literally how you indicate that you require an exception to the traffic laws due to a safety issue.
