  4. heh, one of my highschool shop teachers had a vintage one of these. sometimes just out of nowhere you'd hear "AOOOGA!!!" :P his was about 8" around though and therefore the pitch was slightly lower. yours is just a little sharp.  they also had piston rings out of a ship that were like 2' around, a small engine with a section cut out of the casing, and a bunch of other interesting mechanical things. great class.
