seems like there's a little bit of a difference between someone happening to own a gun and it happening to be in their car versus "bringing a gun to school"... when it's said someone "brought a gun to school" I think it's kinda implied that specifically brought it there and didn't just happen to have it with them because they did...

what? "if we thought there was any grey area we wouldn't do it."? pretty sure they just charge people with whatever and let the courts figure it out...
