  38. Russian had loads of farmers from Europe in to help them with big production and build big farms. Giving them land and then take it again..  The farmers lost a lot of money bringen expensive european farming equipment and then lost it... Building up big farm are expensive. That was the end of big foreign farmers coming in for good i think..
