  1.  @whyamimrpink78  and the free market incentive did? This is like saying making a crime a criminal offence doesn't matter because it doesn't eradicate crime all together, yeah... No shit. It does reduce the likelihood of it occurring, the same goes for building regulations. I live in a third world country with little to no building codes, and almost every week I read stories about how a building, school and even bridge has collapsed. Private land/ slum lords build shitty structures that are completely hazardous all for the sake of PROFIT. Libertarians should look to third world countries to prove how prefect their "no government regulations" system is.
