  4. Why not?? Not everyone wants to live in a soulless suburb packed with the same cheaply built mcmansions and the exact same housing style. There should be variety in urban design but sadly in America, you only have 2 oprions: you either live in an apartment in downtown or you live in a sprawling, endlessly growing suburb that engulfs the landscape.

  6. Yes they should!! Because of crappy Euclidean zoning laws, America has a " missing middle" problem. Suburbs eat up most the landscape so your only left with the option of building tall highrises or five over ones.
