  1. If you can't pay your employee's a good wage then you shouldn't own a business. I'm sure business owners in the gilded age went bankrupt after they could no longer use child labour. I'm sure some business owners hated the minimum wage all together. Too bad for them. You don't get to exploit people for the sake of your "business ". Sorry.

  4.  @danalexander2149  first, not all Americans live on the minimum wage, and in some states it accounts for only 25% of the work force. A lot of Americans are not working or are unable too meaning they need unemployment and relief. I'm not saying the minimum wage issue isn't a pressing one, but at this moment the crisis facing most americans is relief and unemployment.
