  1. Because you border poorer countries filled with people who can easily migrate there, no poor mexican family is walking to the Netherlands or Japan. the most visited city is New York, which resembles tokyo more than most american cities, not many people are trying to go see phoenix or Houston.

  2. America is far more capitalistic than both those countries e.g there's a 60 percent tax rate in the Netherlands which is much lower in the U.S.
