  2.  @yiannimitropoulos3913  I wasn't exaggerating. Any rights that we had several generations ago have eroded away with each Supreme Court decision. Our gov't is entrenched in every aspect of our lives and that's what Americans demand. You do have the right to pay taxes and cast a ballot for the republicrats at the next election. There's no reversing a 247 year trend of less freedoms and bigger gov't. If you can name a single right or liberty that hasn't been encroached upon, I'd like to hear it.

  3. It will definitely stop victims from coming forward. In the end, all we have are juries and very little evidence. The same juries who routinely make wrong decisions with lots of evidence. If a woman accuses a guy of rape and [in the event he's found not guilty] she's sued and prosecuted, it would certainly reduce the number of accusations.
