  1. No they cannot.....why did we ever give them membership anyway? Erdogan sees us as fascists, he said so on tv. But they wanted to keep them in, afraid they would choose the other side. They showed they don't share our values, but truth be told, we didn't either with our invasion of Iraq. The West, NATO and US have with their illegal war alienated many countries who now feel strong enough to stand up to us and turn their backs. But if Europe turns their back on Turkey, their economy will suffer more than ours. Turkey condemns Israel, but they attack the Kurds every time over and also invaded Iraq and Syria. So they are hypocrites.
