  1. He doesn't mention the 800.000 Jews who got kicked out off muslim countries in 1948. Peacefully under muslims? Not really, they were second class as well. And how did the Arabs got Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Morocco and Spain? By force and mass killings. Or how did the muslim Turks got Byzantine? By force and many, many deaths.
