  2. Hiw hard is it to deploy 5 ships of the coast guard who stop all boats. It can be done, but the people in power in France and the UK don't want it to stop. It is all by design, all for political means. Whoever thinks otherwise should have himself or herself be checked out. How hard is it to stop rubber boats? It isn't.
