That shows how management doesn't have much trust in their employees and it is way more interesting to let in the big boys, then they can boast to their board and shareholder 'look what we did'. Whereas a company which listens to its employees is often a better company, bcs nothing is more important for a good atmosphere on the workfloor than people who feel appreciated and taken serious.

The more I see capitalism get out of control, the more I go from right to the left. We need a normal healthy form a capitalism, where not a few people can own half your country, but where there is a fair market for everyone. How can Bill Gates, BlackRock, Soros own so much? What is different from the landlords in the late middle ages in England? People thrive much better in small(er) often family owned companies, I would never want to work for those huge multinationals where you are a number and easily laid off if they can.

@In.the.darkness_there_is_light That link to a Wikipedia page? It is miles long, not going to read the whole thing, but I search for Jew, Israeli and chosen. There is one mention of a Jew who invented aspirin. So, I don't know what I should find in that article for evidence. But the person I responded to said it was owned by the chosen people, which was curious. With chosen people Jews are meant. And even if Jews owned these companies, why is that curious? Here on Youtube many comments are about the Jews controlling the world, poisoning the world, owning the US, having all the banks, ruling Hollywood and those are just a few of the anti-Semitic nonsense. There are a lot of people from Jewish decent in Hollywood, but these guys are atheists, so why not say atheists run Hollywood? Because nobody cares, people only care when there might be a Jew somewhere. An actual Jew who follows the Jewish law would not make these films and series which comes out of Hollywood. So, I have read no evidence and it isn't curious either. Bayer worked for the nazis btw.

And they were so angry, they kickedmout 840.000 Jews, who had to leave everything behind. The Palestinians who did not listen to the Arab nations, they stayed and became Israeli citizens with the same rights as the Jews. 21% of the people in Israel are Palestinians, that is 2 million people. Who can become anything they want, study, become lawyers, judges, politicians, etc. But the leaders of the Palestinians in Gaza and the Westbank declined every single peace treaty since 1948. They could have had an independent state for 76 years now. But HAMAS says they don't want peace, they don't 2 states, they want all Jews dead and make Israel into an islamic caliphate under sharia law. You know, the same as ISIS wanted. It is in their own documents and charter. And over 70% of the people voted for HAMAS. So, I guess you want an islamic caliphate, that is what most Palestinians want.

We live too much in our own bubble and the more time we spend online, the more we grow apart. We need to meet people and just talk to them in person, not to some anonymous person on the internet. You need to look eadh other in the eye. Social media and tue media have done so much harm, they set us up against each other and taught us to despise the other side, instead if just seeing a fellow human with a different political opinion. Because their divide and conquere, we were too busy fighting rach other online, while the politicians and big coorps get away with everything. Wake up people, we are in it together and we hafe the power to demand change!

I try to expel plastic from my life, but it is hard. I bought glass and stainless steel straws for my milkshakes, don't drink from plastic bekers, bottles etc anymore. I have small glass bottles which I always take with me where ever I go. They don't break easily with a sleeve. I use botanic shampoo bars instead of shampoo from a bottle. This bar lasts 6 months and costs 10 dollar, shampoo costs 7 dollar and lasts 6 to 8 weeks. But the yoghurt I eat is in a plastic container, same as the butter, etc, etc

Great video! Sadly this America way of McKinsey and others has spread around the world. When American companies buy a company in another country, like my country the Netherlands, the Dutch friendly atmosphere goes out of the window, people laid off and often a the company is stripped and sold on quickly.
