  1. That shows how management doesn't have much trust in their employees and it is way more interesting to let in the big boys, then they can boast to their board and shareholder 'look what we did'. Whereas a company which listens to its employees is often a better company, bcs nothing is more important for a good atmosphere on the workfloor than people who feel appreciated and taken serious.

  4. Great video! Sadly this America way of McKinsey and others has spread around the world. When American companies buy a company in another country, like my country the Netherlands, the Dutch friendly atmosphere goes out of the window, people laid off and often a the company is stripped and sold on quickly.
