@yunuscurrie3410 Just because of bad experiences with muslims? Armenians, Assyrians, Copts, Yezidis, Zoatrians and also Buddhist and Hinduists in Afghanistan and Pakistan were all wiped out. Just a bad experience, wow.

@classicallpvault That ia true, in the south east of Turkey you had a Norman kingdom, so that is why you still see people with light skin and red hear in parts of Turkey.

@yunuscurrie3410 I did not say you justified it and I get your point, but it is wrong to say colonialism caused it. The people caused it themselves. The Irish were colonised for 800 year, way longer than the Middle East or Africa, they did not commit genocide. And they were treated badly! My country was colonised by the Spanish and French, we did not commit genocide as a result. Nobody said other groups did not commit genocide or did at least horrible things. But I don't get why when the problems in the Middle East are talked about, people always react 'with what about the others'. If you were attacked by a football hooligan and you someone and instead he or she says that is terrible, but instead says 'but what about army cadets who attacked someone somewhere else? That is irrelevant to the topic. You were afraid of islamphobe or hatred, but you did not talk about the hatred of them towards all other groups in the Middle East. So, why are you afraid of hatred towards muslims, but not what they did to others?

@yunuscurrie3410 You cannot correlate islam and violence? Then where did all the christians, yedzidi, druse, Jews, hindus, buddhist all go? That is simply whitewashing what you do. It is not the western colonists who make the muslims attack the beforemention groups.. Yes the colonial powers did horrible things, but before the colonial powers there were the Ottomans and others. Do you know how islam spread? Look up the attack on Egypt and the mass killing and the forced conversians. In which of all the muslim nation there is democracy and freedom of religion and speech? Even in Tunesia, a so called Liberal nation, if someone leaves islam, they cannot rent a house anymore or cannot work for the government. Same in Egypt, Iran, Morocco, Yemem, Pakistan, Aghanistan, etc, etc.

@yunuscurrie3410 You say you have to take into account the colonisation when we talk about the genocide which happened there, you made the link, not I. And you still did not explain where all these people go and why and why there isn't any real freedom in these countries. If it goes against their religion, then why is there no real democracy and have minorities always been treated badly and it still happens?

@yunuscurrie3410 There is something wrong with humanity, because it happened everywhere. I don't say muslims are to blame for everything, far from it. Europe has done its fair share to genocide and other atrocities. But at the moment there is a problem in muslim countries that minorities aren't treated as equals and we must address this. Muslims in those areas should take this at heart. Just as Europeans should take at heart the illegal interventions in the Middle East and vote for people who don't support that. If someone points to our wrongs, we should not respond 'but what about them', we should listen and see if those remarks are true and if so, we must try do something about it.
