  1. shocked? why? they have admitted half heartedly to mistakes being made, usually blaming some outside source for their mistakes but nothing ever comes of it. they just go back to making the same mistakes repeatedly while the ignorant masses just eat up the apology like this time... THIS TIME it will somehow be different.
