  3. its hilarious the cope with "FFXIV does it too" when they dont. the early access is simply for preordering which you can just get the base game for $40 and you get early access. no need to fork over extra, unlike Blizzard.

  7. there are two collectors edition, one is purely digital (pet/mount/weapon skin/heirloom earring for 30%+ exp), the other is physical goodies like a cloth map, art book, statue, etc). the physical stuff can be even bought separately for a lower price, so you can get a base game and the physical extras. though you say you dont care because you know deep down it will make Blizzard look even shittier, which you cant handle.

  8. its essentially goalpost moving and redefining where the line is for customers. three steps forward, two steps back, and now customers will be fine with a little more greed over time because they mentally justify it as "at least its not as bad as [X]".
