The Rule of (Season) 3 : If the show doesnt completely jump a shark of some description by season 3, then its good to go. Sadly, Mando didnt escape that.

Lucas made it a franchise, a very profitable franchise because he was smart in the beginning by asking for things in writing that the studio at the time never even imagined to be profitable. like merchandise and licenses.

@thecalmclone2813 not every show is Batwoman, they dont jump the woke shark right off the bat. most ease you into the wokeness then jump the shark once they feel they have you hooked via "time investement". People are less likely to drop a show after watching 2 seasons, so the bullshit doesnt show up in full force until season 3. you can still smell traces of the shit to come though, some noses are just more sensitive to the shit smell than others. you seem to be of the latter. you wont smell the shit until you are knee deep in a sarlacc pit.

pretty sure thats the moral of that particular story, the person had the goose that laid the golden eggs literally cut it open to get all the eggs at once. Only realizing too late that the magic the goose had that created the eggs was in the laying of them and inside the dead goose was simple run of the mill regular eggs. moral : In their haste for imagined fortune, they ended up broken. in this case though, Disney bought the golden goose with the express purpose of killing the magic, at least the disney employees like kennedy.
