  1. just hearing the phrase buried alive makes me start to hyperventilate and slightly panic. I have mild claustrophobia and can keep myself composed if I need to go into small spaces by concentrating completely on the task at hand while doing breathing exercises. I cant watch scenes in tv and movies that have that, fast forward or leaving the room til its over.
