  3. Is probably responsible for hundred of thousands if not a million or so deaths while fighting Zod through metropolis, meh shrugs it off... but oh no Zod will heat vision a handful of people... Oh no, suddenly get emotionally invested in their possible death, and snaps Zods neck. could have probably "kidney punched" Zod to have him recoil in pain for a moment, closing his eyes... or even gouged out his eyes with your thumbs... but no, best to just kill him in an overly pretentious grimdark way while making a face the average person makes when they try to push out a decidedly rough turd.
