Who are these PPL that even care to buy up these Buildings? The last thing I care to do is walk over dog poop and way. And way beyond that last , thing is walking over human poop. Every day going to work. Not to mention the many different gangs you will encounter. People in San Francisco leave their cars unlocked, and the trunks open.
