It was to move water from the south up to the north and it does not seem to be working out well. The Chinese people/CCP, just love the waste money $💲$

  7.  @TheFirebird123456  I think in Norway, Sweden or Denmark one of those countries, they have a train being pulled up by cables just like you said when it comes to the uphill, mountain part of the trip. It's rare but that's what's going on. I think San Francisco trolley cars are cable too.
