I'm glad Volkswagen CEO recognizes hes trying to hit a moving target. Mary Barra acts as though Tesla is going to stay still and let GM go flying pass.

Sound logical about buying a EV from a EV company. But once patent rights Expire, The Legacy companies can copy and maybe even surpass. One thing I'm finding out, whoever starts something 1st means nothing , Carl Benz in Europe started the 1st assembly line . Ransome Eli Olds started the first assembly line in America, got over taken by Ford . GM Held down the number one spot worldwide selling cars for 18 years straight , now they've dropped down to 4th position within 2 years. My 1st EV will be at Toyota Tacoma EV. I am in no hurry. And I'm quite sure you noticed that Toyota is being dragged into the EV world screaming and kicking also.

@a..d5518 I got that information from the "#Tesla_Fan channel" . True Elon Musk and Tesla do not mind giving out a lot of EV knowledge. It is evident by the fact that "GiGa Texas" had open arms for the CEO of Volkswagen. But not to the extent inwhich CCP China stole from Tesla !

@1voluntaryist I was a GM fan all my life and then I switched over to #Toyota these last three years . My 1st EV will be at Tacoma EV. It would be nice if Toyota would drop this thing with the "hydrogen fue" cars. Or at least pay more attention to EVs. I agree with all you stated. I am no hurry to get a EV.

Don't you think the ICE part will keep Volkswagen afloat for quite some time, 20 more years at least . I'm a #Patron" Member to this channel and I'm not thinking of getting a EV until at least 6 years from now. My 1st EV will be the Toyota Tacoma EV. I am in no hurry.
