  1. I think BMWs has lost their way . Even their current ICE cars are not anything like they used to be. I think the mindset for today's people is to buy what you want , and people are no longer trying to impress their neighbors.

  2. Excellent comment 👍 What BMW don't know is people like you have figured out... About that obsolescence action that they do. They don't realize they're no longer pulling the wool over people's eyes, BMW , Mercedes, probably Cadillac and Lincoln too. One can get a Lexis that will last longer cost a little less and have all the luxuries of the long-standing luxury brand cars. Also people are no longer into impressing their neighbors.

  3. Don't know much about Mercedes. I just know they do not make cars as good as they used to. In the past Mercedes had a jump on luxury cars. But the less costly Lexus is just as luxurious and has cut into the Mercedes, BMW , Cadillac and Lincoln class of cars really good.

  4. Matt it is a very good idea Since EVS will be around for some time the legacy companies will be able to catch up to those who are blazing in EV sales right now and become better at it. You are going to have a lot of narrow-minded people chiming in thinking that they waited too long. Toyota just passed General Motors in World Wide sales and they don't even have EVs out there. Brand Loyalty is something a lot of these EV people have no idea what it is about. (The rest are somewhat related) ...I just left General Motors as my favorite brand, never got over them getting rid of Oldsmobile. Now I have Toyota as my favorite brand, I have a 2010 Tacoma and I'm buying the 2022 Tacoma. I also subscribe to "Electric Viking" and I'm a patron subscriber. I do believe Toyota better get their heads out of their ass and start making some quality EVS ❗
