  1. I parked my "ICE" vehicle a 2010 Tacoma ( going to get a 2022 , should arrive at my dealership late March or early April ) by the curb . I own a house but don't have a garage. My nearest charging station for the public to use is by our library , adjacent to the post office which is close to two and a half miles away. I do not want to be hanging out there for 3 hours charging my EV up !!! One of the drawbacks about owning an EV is you need to have a house with a garage !!! Most everybody listening to Sam have houses with garages and they don't think about people who don't have a garage ❗

  3.  @b4804514  it's the layout of the house . I live in the inner City . I got just enough room between both houses on the side of my house to move a motorcycle up into my small backyard but you can't get a car up in there. Can't have electric extension cord going from my house to the EV , that is if I'm lucky enough to be able to the park my car in front of my house. Most of time I got to park it up the street or down the street. Extension cord extension idea up front sounds nice but I cannot have some skateboarder hit that cord and go flying. Or Someone trip over it . where I live some one just might take it. (Time and time again) I park at the curve, the house is sets back very little from the sidewalk .
