The roads get tore up all the time and we have some serious potholes, the cold and the snow and ice get in between the tar and The road expands and gets tore up by the plows. Concrete roads holds together better. (I think). California and many Southern states road's may be OK. ?❓️? I am surprised that theives haven't found a way to break into "Charge uP Stations" for the copper wires. 😳
