  1. True But this is no surprise. Know it or not, America is trying to be a more "Environmentally Friendly" country. . "Resistance is Futile" ! ❕️! . West Virginia is the poorest State in the Union because its main (and just only) employment was the coal industry. Once it got shutdown, so much for West Virginia. Live longer but live "dirt" poor. People there get government Substitutes. It does not pay much.
