  1. People are only going by what they see. Other countries are doing other positive things. Not just with cars. Like you told us about "Texas" how they are going all out trying to be environmentally Friendly. People living in other states don't see this. That's why I'm on here and I know more about Texas and their act of cleaning up their state, compared to other people living here in New York . Most New Yorkers do not have a clue, what is going on in Texas when it comes to that state evironmental actions. California grabs all the positive headlines in America when it comes to cleaning up the environment. ~○~
