  1. You need to get out your little glass bubble. With many families, There is no second car. The #First car is for the wife to go to her job. And the other #First car is for the husband to go to his job. Their paychecks combined, puts them in the upper financial bracket.

  2.  @plau2007  I live in America. No doubt it depends where you live. The homeless population in America is growing. Most of my friends and family have at least two cars , two vehicles. Most of the people in my area have two vehicles because both adults are working. I have 3 vehicles registered and on the road, but none of them are brand new. My newest one is four years old. I mentioned the homeless because I know it's not that way for everybody in America. TY for the update on the French. I thought they were doing much better. When I comes to Europe all I've been hearing about is Norway. And they have at least two vehicles per household. And one is an EV, if not both vehicles being EVs.
