  1. Elon for the most part is talking about office personnel , people on the factory floor with hands on product and assembly gotta be there. So all in all , Elon is just cutting the "Fat" . Office ingenuity and innovation may have somewhat flat line. I can see that happening especially if they are working off site , not banning together and coming up with new ideas.
