  3. These are the videos the Russians release. Of course they're going to show civilians being hit. We don't know what was behind the buildings a hundred meters away and really being targeted. The rockets we've seen hitting have been at the edge of a pattern that's several hundred meters in diameter, so it's safe to say that what's being hit is not what they were aiming at.

  5. It looks like the river rose and washed out a levee or just over the banks. Google Maps is already showing it flooded. 51.248657, 58.590468 There's a big levee along the south side of the river that looks alright, but everything north of it is underwater.
