Iskanders are able to hit a fifteen meter (50 ft) circle when remote guided, so 150 meters away is too far. Unless the Russians were being uncharacteristically clever and guiding one near the convoy deliberately. They probably just launched a few at the general area on autonomous mode.

  5.  @robertrobert8325  - Ukraine had support from the richest and best equipped country in the world. They're in danger now without that. Europe is stepping in now that they're needed.

  6. Maybe trying to dodge bullets. Maybe damaged controls or communications. It's certainly harder to hit something that keeps changing direction, but that seems too close for what it's doing.
