Terrorism means attacking civilians to make a political point. These are legitimate targets of war and vital to the enemy's supply lines. Not terrorism. This will raise prices all over the world as Russian supply dries up and the countries who've been dependent on them will turn to other suppliers. The increased demand on the supply will cause price increases as it always does.

Just before the Fall of the USSR, the borders got opened up enough so people could drive from Russia and the commie countries and make their way into Austria. There were cars left along the shoulders of all the roads to the border crossings. They were models that weren't allowed into modern countries and all got abandoned there. The lineups of people who hadn't given up yet were covered in a cloud of blue smoke.
