  3. It's much simpler to just Bamafy words and pronounce them the way they look to us. In the case of Nexta, the "X" is probably meant to be an X anyway. In most Cyrillic languages, "X" is pronounced "K". It's only Ukrainian that pronounces it as "H". Same with the "G".
