I predicted the end of the EU more than a decade ago. I hadn't anticipated that Germany would prop it up for all this time. My mistake. But things are changing there. Maybe it will finally happen. The "common market"/EEC was a good idea. Nobody voted for a political union that is the EU. Let us hope it finally goes down.

@Robbedem That is factually wrong. What even makes you think that? Britains's biggest trading partner is (or was, I believe; for who relies on government info at present) the USA – and America isn't in the EU. Britain trades with the entire world without being in a global "union". You've fallen for the globalist lie. You are not alone, sad to say. ATB from 🇮🇪

@michaelplunkett8059 Historically, most trade agreements have required no further agreement than a system for resolving disputes. The political union that is the EU has been an enslaving, expensive and undemocratic farce. I really don't see how it can be viewed any other way.
