  1. The "two party systems" are designed to render people like you as ineffectual. It is the same in the UK. All the corruption is either hidden and/or denied even when it is obvious. But when politicians (instead of the electorate) govern themselves, how is it possible to hold anyone to account? Astonishingly, in the case of America, I think DJT is your best chance of upsetting the status quo. In the UK there has been Nigel Farage – though I think he commands a bigger audience and influence working in the media. But Ireland has no one, and is low fruit.

  2. The same problem in Ireland and the UK. Ireland's Dàil is largely bought by American money. The UK is run by Common Purpose operatives. The Republic and the UK are governed by diktat.
