As an american Gen z, I get tiktok has their own problems, but tiktok has complied with all what the U.S. government has told them, but the funny thing is america doesn't give af about data privacy, but tik tok has been pretty darn compliant. I've been thinking about using tiktok again after my views for the past year, have been changed drastically from how I see china. My country never stood for freedom if you look at history but I can tell you many gen z like me are waking up to this reality we live in however I don't know how many are waking up to this lie sp called free country we live in like the U.S.A. I don't know about you but I rather be spied on by a forgien power than my own country who actually has power over me.

@kaimanyu586 yea it's also one of the things that made me become a socialist not because of the so called evil communists but mostly for curious of what it actually is and... well... mainly because of learning the true history and things behind why stuff like the cause for the Viet'nam War etc and learning the gulf War ag'ainst iraq wasn't exactly about oil. Learning my countries actual history instead of the horses*** they teach us in school destroyed me I remember last year I went through 5 to 6 months of heavy weight studying more and more of the lies... I don't know everything even right now but it showed me if not almost or everything I was told was either misle'ading information, half truths, or a lie. I still love my country but... I think gen z are gonna remain a massive pro'blem and I hope it will continue against the neo lib'erial capit'alists and the neo coloni'alists. Gen z is a massive problem against these old mf boomers and such who still think it's the 90s when it's not.

@markc6140 I think it's more complex than that then again it's not easy for me because theirs so much info of what actually happened in the history is insane my think I'm wondering is why...why did my country become this way? Idk how to find that answer I'm sure is pretty complex but I like to know why so I can understand think is I'm still not the best at doing my own research i rely on peeps like this

@kaimanyu586 I still don't know everything but it's just all cracked and realizing I live in a dys'topia country like the US. Seeing the hyp'ocrisy of the west saying iran was the aggr'essor when Isrxael atta'cked their embassy acording to article 51 of the U.N they had the right to self defense. It not only solidified it but made me now I no longer rely on the bs corporate me'dia and the so called fr'ee press even if I knew it was a lie before that event happened... if Israel is stu'pid enough they are gonna drag my country into a pointless war that will turn into ww3 and omg I cannot imagine the things and suf'fering it will cause.
